After a whole day of travel I still had not made it to my final destination and I was feeling stranded. Rene at the front desk of the Radisson airport started me off on the right foot. I do not have enough good things to say about the Radisson hotels here in Salt Lake City. Nothing fancy, but this place was just fine for a quick overnight near the airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport (5 minutes) that runs 24 hours a day, leaving the hotel on the half hour. Breakfast was a choice of a buffet or a full menu. Full service restaurant on site, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No hair dryer in the room (if that is an issue for you). Pretty quiet, considering it is just adjacent to the airport. Eventually got the room cooled off enough to sleep. Couldn't really open a window because of the very bright lights just outside. The room was warm and, as others have mentioned, the air conditioning is a bit of a challenge. Room was fine - a king bed with a Sleep Number mattress. Took the airline voucher without a problem. Check in went quickly, considering that there were a bunch of us that arrived at one time on the shuttle and it was late. Missed an airline connection in Salt Lake City and this is the hotel that Delta sent us to.
